Dr. Ray White is a senior healthcare executive with over 43 years of healthcare experience. Throughout his career as a healthcare executive Ray has functioned in roles ranging from Vice President /COO of a large multi-facility nursing home Company, President of a Rehabilitation Company, to President, CEO, and founder of Prohealth Rural Health Services, Inc. a viable Federally Qualified Health Center Look‐Alike, and owner of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health care agencies and rehabilitation facilities and agencies. He has been responsible for operational budgets in excess of $36 million dollars annually.
Ray has done extensive missionary work in South Africa coaching Healthcare Executives, Software Developers, and small business owners. He sponsors a Soccer Team with uniforms and equipment that has 75 players for a club in a low income area.
Ray is a member of several professional and community groups. Ray holds a PhD in Health Care Management from Concordia University, completed all PhD classes for Curriculum and Instruction Vocational and Technical Education with minor in Health Education University of Florida, Master of Science degree in Allied Health Services Administration from the University of North Florida, Bachelor of Science Health Sciences degree from The University of the State of New York, and an Associate of Science Degree in Environmental Health Technology form Community College of the U.S. Air Force.
