Paula Michelle Farmer, is a native Tennessean. She received an Associates Degree from Nashville State Community College where she studied computer technology. She went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University with a degree in Human Resources, as well as a Master of Organizational Management, as well. Paula received many certifications. She studied at the Covey Leadership Institute and Tyson McGhee Airforce Base, and has a Black Belt in Six Sigma.
In 2011, Paula launched pmfaith Consulting, Incorporated and has helped thousands to implement stronger policies, embrace and cultivate change, build stronger leadership, embrace diversity, and develop people. She has over 20 years of knowledge, skills and experiences in human resources, executive coaching, personal development & training and speaking. Paula also has signature programs, including coaching groups to support entrepreneurs and small businesses achieve their goals of sustainability and monetizing.
Paula serves as an adjunct professor at the American Baptist College and teaches courses in leadership, organizational management and entrepreneurialism. She was just recently named the Director of the Career Development Center, as well.
Paula embraces opportunities to give back and participates through involvement in Relay for Life, the American Red Cross, Second Harvest Food Bank, and many other organizations. She also volunteers and serves on several boards, including the YMCA and North Crest Hospital. She is an Overseer of Protocol at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Old Hickory Boulevard location.
Paula is married and has two adult children. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, speaking and mentoring.
