Molly Vice serves as director of Leadership Health Care (LHC), an initiative of the Council dedicated to nurturing the talents of Nashville’s next generation of health care industry leaders. She previously served as director of events and sponsorship fulfillment for the Council where she was responsible for the execution, implementation and management of Council events, including Council Fellows and Leadership Health Care (LHC) activities.
Before joining the Council, Molly worked at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce where she served as event manager for four years, and later was part of the start-up team for Scout Properties, serving as client relations and office manager. Molly began her career in Nashville with Alpha Omicron Pi (AOII) International Headquarters where she served as the alumnae development administrator.
A Kentucky native, Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and tourism from the University of Kentucky. She volunteers on the nurture team at Avenue South and serves on the board of the Greater Nashville University of Kentucky Alumni.
